Unicef Charity Event
The historic awareness of the bilateral relationships started between Italian Republic and Russian Federation, that consider Italy as a prestigious business partner, guides the modern diplomatic relationships to an intercultural dialogue based on the mutual will to start exchanges and culture, products and precious Made in Italy handmade prospects of art internationalisation. The exposition “La via del mito” (The route of the myth) by the master, has been a tribute to the modern Autostrada del Mediterraneo (Mediterranean highway) that, through suggestive and rich in charm and magic itineraries, enhances Mediterranean myths and legends that left a permanent mark in music, history of art, culture and popular traditions.
The exhibition put next to the master Chirico the unique talent of two more Art protagonists: the sculptorand the Russian artist that, with her paintings on canvas, instilled us the “feeling” of this land.
The Art aperitif will show the presence of a Unicef Ambassador and of the “Calabrian doc” stylist Claudio Greco who will exhibit the precious fabrics of, very appreciated and worldwide known brand, that has the focus to promote the real Made in Sud and the authentic values of the Calabrian textile tradition. By the new version of stylistic motifs and traditional patterns, he came back to basis adding innovation, where the technique makes the difference.
During the path, some videos spot/documentaries made by two young English men founder of theagency, have been showed. The show, that took place at Adorno Hall, displayed videos that had accompanied the audience in a journey among lots of themed itineraries: Archaeology, History, Sea, Parks, Sport. A real digital artwork that awaken will and curiosity to leave discovering the still unknown territories. Lots of different ways to interpret the beauty from the Mediterranean Ambassadors, generations and different cultures, that represented their suggestions, talent and enthusiasm.
The tribute to the Italian fashion has been offered by Fashion Event and promoted bythat, in the suggestive frame of the Castle, brought the preview of Fall-winter collections 2017/2018, included in a dynamic event surrounded by a magnificent music and lights show, that saw on the runway some proposal of worldwide known stylists such as Red Valentino, Patrizia Pepe, Manila Grace, Love Moschino, Boglioli, Rossignoli and others. Bonavoglia Group not only is a prestige brand but especially a synonym to quality and good taste, inspired by the Mediterranean elegance of southern men and women. The items of clothing on the runway gave birth to a special showroom organized at Pettirosso Hall.
A special moment was also linked with the jewels fashion show by the goldsmiththrough a unique and exclusive collection of jewels in gold, silver and precious stones that tell the evolution of the jewel from the Magna Graecia period to the modern age. This artist from Crotone, known as “the goldsmith of the Sanremo Festival” and famous for the creation of holy artworks blessed by SS. Giovanni Paolo II, Benedetto XVI and Pope Francesco, reserved the event particular attention, putting on the runway unique pieces from the latest collections, drawn for an exclusive background and addressed to class ladies from an elite elegance.
