The Biological Vegetable Garden
A corner of the park is reserved for the Biological garden where we grow vegetables that we serve in our restaurants. In another part of the park we have a wide variety of Herbs and spices which give variety and personality to our dishes: oregano, rosemary, lemon thyme and mountain thyme, maggiorana,
dark basil to Genovese basil to Basil from the Eolie islands, spring onions, wild fennel, and various types of mint for teas and Tisanes, begli uomini, flowers that colour our salads, savoury, ruta, chervil, liquorish, arquebuse, different types of Calabrian chilli pepper an authentic walk through Mediterranean aromas.
